Your conversations, messages, images, and files are processed locally in your browser. Our server only receives the minimum metadata required to validate your plan and record quota usage, such as export format, message count, asset count, and estimated export size.

1. Information We Collect

We exclusively gather necessary account settings profiles (such as emails, hashes of user accounts, and credentials hashes of API keys) to support remote checkout activations. We register only traffic statistics metrics of exports (number of chat elements processed, export format and packet sizes).

2. Cookies

We pack secure, HTTP-only cookie sessions to authenticate users securely in our localized user console.

3. Under age

Our services target professionals. We run zero profiling algorithms for minors.
